Why is my login not working?
Please double check that you are using exactly the same username and password that was specified in your welcome email. Remember that both username and passwords are case sensitive.
If you are still having issues, you may create a support ticket and we will look at it.
To cancel your membership please proceed to the correct processor:
Please consult your welcome email to find out which processor was used.
If you are unable to manually cancel then we can do it for you.
Create a new ticket with your subscription id or user / email combo and we will contact you within 24 hours.
