Password Issues

Are you having problems logging into my members area? There are a few possible reasons:

  • IS YOUR CAPS LOCK ON? Your username and password are cAsE-sEnSiTiVe and need to be entered exactly the same way each time. Any letters that are capitalized in your username or password must be entered as capital letters and vice versa. And make sure your CAPS LOCK key is turned off.
  • FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? I cannot give you your password... but my billing company CAN. You will need to know your name, the email address you signed up with and the last 8 digits of the credit card you used when you joined my site. Take that information to CCBILL or EPOCH (depending on the billing company used for your subscription) and you can retrieve your password.
  • DID YOU CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT? If you've previously cancelled your account, your username and password won't work anymore. If you've changed your mind, though, give your username, password and billing information to CCBILL or EPOCH (depending on the billing company used for your subscription) and they'll reinstate your account. WELCOME BACK!
  • DID SOMEONE ELSE GET YOUR PASSWORD? If someone else discovered your username and password, it's possible that your account has been locked by my security programs. contact us and I will check out the situation. But don't give out your username and password in the future!!!
  • WAS YOUR CARD DECLINED? If your credit card was expired (or declined for some reason) when renewal time came, your account would have been closed. Go to CCBILL or EPOCH (depending on the billing company used for your subscription), give them updated card information, and they'll attempt to open a new account for you.
  • DID YOU DISPUTE THE CHARGE? If you disputed the charge when you joined my site, your account will have been permanently closed and your username and password will no longer work. Makes sense, doesn't it?

Technical Issues

  • AOL USERS: If you're using AOL's browser, you may have problems viewing video on my site, as well as other features. I strongly recommend that you download and install the Mozilla Firefox browser. It is a free browser that will work just fine with your AOL subscription and will allow you to access the full gamut of features on my website and others!
  • PROBLEMS VIEWING VIDEO: I have provided my videos in multiple formats, so hopefully there will be at least one you can view with your current setup. If this is not the case, you may need to download additional software. Here are some links to help you:

  • FOUND A BROKEN LINK? If you've found a problem on my website, I want to know about it so I can fix it. contact us and let me know the exact page you're on and what link you're trying to click on. I appreciate it!

Billing/Cancellation Issues

  • HOW MUCH AM I BILLED? If you pay by credit card, you are billed $19.95 at the time you sign up. This is a recurring subscription, you will be billed $19.95 every 30 days until you cancel your account at CCBILL or EPOCH (depending on the billing company used for your subscription).

    If you paid by telephone, you will be charged $29.95 one time for 30 days of access. This is a non-recurring transaction, you need to join again to receive continuing access.

    European customers paying by DirectPay are charged €19.95 one time for 30 days of access. This is a non-recurring transaction, you need to join again to receive continuing access. You are not required to enter any payment information into the CCBill DirectPay EU Payment Form. Rather, you are offered a Transaction ID and a direct link to your Bank's URL on the Payment Form. From your secure online bank account page you can then enter your Transaction ID and pay for your membership directly from your personal account. Upon receipt of funds (usually 1-3 business days, with the exception of Germany, where the transaction will take place in real-time), the system automatically emails you your user access information for your purchased membership.
  • WHAT WILL SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT? Any subscriptions and purchases made from this website will be reflected as "CCBill.com *DT Concepts" or "Epoch *DT" (depending on the billing company used for your subscription).
  • I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD! That's ok, I also accept membership payment via 900 telephone billing. This is not a "dialer" but a single 900 number charge to your telephone bill. Details are found on the join page for this website.
  • CANCEL MY ACCOUNT: I am truly sad to see you go and hope you will consider staying. If there is a problem with my site which is making you want to cancel, I want to hear about it. Before you cancel, contact us, let me know your feedback and I will respond promptly.

    If you still want to cancel, go to CCBILL or EPOCH and use the cancellation form. Your cancellation request will be processed within 24 hours. Your account will remain active until the end of your last paid-for billing period.
  • I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED AND WANT TO DISPUTE IT! This obviously should not happen and I want to fix it for you. Please contact us and I will look into your problem for you.
